很多台灣道地小吃，如羹湯、芋圓等都需要使用蕃薯粉勾芡，但目前蕃薯粉大多從東南亞進口的，源頭成分不易掌控。在嘉義有間50多年老字號的蕃薯粉工廠，多年來堅持選用嘉南平原通過農藥殘留檢測的蕃薯，將蕃薯徹底洗淨後，經過削皮洗淨、研磨攪碎、用磨漿機壓出白色的蕃薯漿、加入清水經過一夜沈澱，再以熱風烘乾等工序，做出道地純正的蕃薯粉。蕃薯粉擁有淡淡的蕃薯香味，適合用於勾芡、酥炸。無農藥殘留、無防腐劑、無修飾劑等化學成分，是可以安心使用的本土蕃薯粉。

For 50 years, a local sweet potato flour factory has adhered to traditional methods of production. Many authentic Taiwanese snacks, such as soups and taro balls, require sweet potato flour for thickening. However, most sweet potato flour is currently imported from Southeast Asia, making it difficult to control its source. In Chiayi, there is a sweet potato flour factory with over 50 years of history that has consistently used sweet potatoes from the Chianan Plain that have passed pesticide residue testing. The sweet potatoes are thoroughly washed, peeled, ground, and pressed into a white pulp using a grinder. After being mixed with water and allowed to settle overnight, the pulp is dried with hot air to produce authentic, pure sweet potato flour. This flour has a subtle sweet potato aroma and is suitable for thickening and frying. Free from pesticide residues, preservatives, and chemical additives, it is a safe and reliable local sweet potato flour.
