Product expiration date
Since Heartland NY only offers high quality products with little to no additives, the expiration date is relatively shorter. There is a minimum 30 day expiration date of the products that we ship. If 30 days is insufficient, it is recommended to purchase items in store only.
寄送訂單，所有商品單項上限為12樣，而玻璃包裝單品限6樣，超出數量的部分，心田會自動為您退款，包含相關的運費。完成下單後，系統將會寄出您本次的訂購清單。待付款完成，系統會在收到您的款項後確認交易完成。我們會在5天內準備好您的訂單, 並以UPS運送服務寄出。運送時間約為3–14天，將依運送地區而異。心田於貨品寄出時會再次發信通知您，並提供包裹追踪號碼，以及預計送達日期。 送達時間因地區而異，請以運輸公司提供之預估時間為準。我們目前不提供網購服務至美國離島和以下幾州：WA、OR、CA、NV、ID、UT、AZ、WY、AK、HI、Guam。
For all shipping orders, the quantity of any single item is limited to 12 per item; except for any glass container item, the quantity is limited to 6 per item. If your order contains quantitues exceed the maximun value allowed, we will automatically process the refund, including associated shipping cost. After completing the order, the system will send out your order confirmation. After the payment is received, the system will confirm that the transaction is completed after receipt of your payment. We will prepare your order within 5 days and ship out via UPS shipping service. The shipping time is about 3-14 days, depending on the shipping zone. Heartland will send you a separate email to notify you when the goods are shipped and provide the tracking number and the estimated delivery date. The delivery time may vary due to region difference. Please refer to the estimated arrival time provided by the shipping company. We do not ship to WA, OR, CA, NV, ID, UT, AZ, WY, AK, HI, Guam and other US islands at this time.
The shipping cost on the Heartland website will vary based on the freight estimate provided by UPS. If you require faster delivery, please feel free to contact us. If the total weight of your order exceeds 40 lb, we may package your order in multiple boxes to ensure shipping quality. You will be contacted and charged for extra freight before shipping.
Changes to completed orders will not be accepted
Due to the order handling process, if you would like to add on more products after completing the order, it is recommended that you place an new order or purchase it next time; If there is a product to be cancelled, the cancellation would not be accepted, or we will deduct 2.6%+30cent service fee.

Return or exchange
After receipt of the product, if you find that the product is damaged or is wrong item, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org or (718)445-2962. Within 7 days of receipt of the goods (including weekends and holidays), if it is damaged, defective or incorrect item, we are more than happy to refund your items. After 7 days period, the acceptance will be deemed to be completed. No return or exchange will be accepted.
The standards for return and exchange of goods are: the received goods are different from those published on the website, the goods have deteriorated, and the shipping damage. We will accept your request once a valid reason is provided.
