茶品簡介
淨源白茶採用坪林白毛猴品種茶菁，耗費長時進行萎凋乾燥，不炒不揉保留茶葉豐富活性。白茶俗有：「一年茶，三年藥，七年寶」之稱，是一款適合存放，用時間去增長風味與價值的茶。
茶湯為柔和的淡黃色，風味鮮爽甘甜，口感細緻可口。除了味覺，看著銀白與褐色相間的茶葉在淡色茶湯中飄盪，也是一種抒心抒情的享受。
極品等級評選
淨源茶每季新製的茶葉都會經過專業製茶師的評選，以茶乾的發酵狀況與茶湯的香氣、口感作為重點評價指標，評選表現特別優異的茶葉將列為極品進行產出，若無品質突出的茶乾，當季即不會推列極品，因此極品等級的茶能說是可遇不可求的限量逸品。

Chingyuan White Tea uses Pinglin Baimaohou tea leaves, undergoing a lengthy withering and drying process. It is neither fried nor rolled, preserving the tea's rich vitality. White tea is traditionally known as "tea in the first year, medicine in the third, and treasure in the seventh," a type of tea suitable for aging, its flavor and value increasing with time.
The tea is a soft, pale yellow, with a fresh, sweet flavor and a delicate, palatable taste. Beyond the taste, watching the silvery-white and brown tea leaves float in the pale tea is also a soothing and enjoyable experience.
Premium Grade Selection
Each season's newly produced tea leaves from Chingyuan Tea undergo evaluation by professional tea masters. The fermentation status of the dried tea leaves and the aroma and taste of the tea are the key evaluation criteria. Tea leaves that perform exceptionally well are designated as premium grade and produced accordingly. If no tea leaves of outstanding quality are selected, the tea will not be designated as premium grade for that season. Therefore, premium grade tea is a limited-edition, highly sought-after delicacy.
