銀川有機米產銷班,銀川有機米成立於1996年,目前擁有全台最大有機水稻田、自有專用碾米廠、與近115個農民產銷班。創辦人希望透過產品串連消費者、農民、土地三者,從源頭帶著農民認識自然,建立有機觀念,栽種過程中也協助農民挑選資材,一起找出讓土地、生產者與消費者共好的栽種方式。
【創意食譜-碗粿料理】
1. 有機在來米粉450g 加4倍水(1800 c.c.) 混合成粉漿備用
2. 小火加熱攪拌成糊狀 (過程中必須持續攪拌避免燒焦)
3. 入磁碗後進蒸鍋 (大同電鍋外鍋2杯水)
4. 蒸約10分鐘後將鍋蓋斜開一小口(讓蒸氣可以泡出來,避免堆積在碗粿上)繼續蒸,到第30分鐘後,取1杯半水延者鍋邊倒入外鍋繼續蒸至電鍋跳起後以筷子插入取出沒有粉漿沾黏即可
5. 灑上炒料及淋上醬油膏即可成可口碗粿。

Unlike traditional water-milling processes that require soaking the rice before grinding, this manufacturer directly dry-mills whole pesticide-free rice grains into rice flour, preserving the complete nutrients of white rice. The founder hopes to connect consumers, farmers, and the land through the product, guiding farmers to understand nature from the source, establishing organic concepts, and assisting them in selecting materials during the planting process, working together to find a planting method that benefits the land, producers, and consumers.
【Creative Recipe - Bowl Rice Cake】
1. Mix 450g of pesticide-free rice flour with 4 times the amount of water (1800 cc) to form a batter.
2. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly to form a paste (stirring continuously to prevent burning).
3. Pour into a ceramic bowl and then into a steamer (2 cups of water in the outer pot of a Tatung electric rice cooker).
4. Steam for about 10 minutes, then slightly open the lid (to allow steam to escape and prevent it from accumulating on the rice cake). Continue steaming. After 30 minutes, pour 1.5 cups of water along the side of the pot into the outer pot and continue steaming until the rice cooker switches off. Insert a chopstick and the chopstick should come out clean.
5. Sprinkle with stir-fried ingredients and drizzle with soy sauce paste to make delicious bowl rice cake.
