【創意食譜-湯圓料理】
1. 有機糯米粉450g加水350c.c.揉成米糰後搓成小顆小顆湯圓
2. 鍋內加水煮滾，放入湯圓後稍稍攪拌
3. 當湯圓浮起水面後繼續滾約1分鐘即可撈起
4. 可依個人喜好搭配糖水或紅豆湯，即可成為美味湯圓

【Creative Recipe - Tangyuan (Sweet Rice Balls) 】
1. Mix 450g pesticide-free glutinous rice flour with 350cc water to form a dough, then roll into small tangyuan.
2. Bring water to a boil in a pot, add the tangyuan, and stir gently.
3. Once the tangyuan float to the surface, continue boiling for about 1 minute, then remove.
4. Serve with sweet soup or red bean soup according to personal preference for a delicious tangyuan dish.
