當社會不斷的變化,漸漸地喝不到,小時候隨手可得的純淨、並且用古法製成的新竹本土好茶,我認真用心的探討、尋找原因,發現主因是環境和人為破壞的因素,加上古法的失傳,於是我決定踏入我的有機茶新里程。
全台種植東方美人茶最主要,最優質的茶區,是新竹。

主因之一是地理環境的關係,日夜溫差大,所以種出來的茶,品質優。

加上我們家擁有最傳統的東方美人的製茶技術,幸運的我從5歲起,就在家焙茶的地方,開始耳濡目染的看著焙茶的經過,自然學習到很多老人家的智慧。

這麼多年來,我一直很幸福的跟著很多大我一甲子的老長輩學習製茶焙茶,所以吉璞茶莊烘焙出來的,擁有獨特的味道,傳承了多個老長輩的經驗,加上我統整了他們的技術,加入傳統東方美人茶的製程,不斷的實驗改良,再結合長輩們的智慧,製作出我自有的一套焙茶製茶的技術。

努力的花上超過20年以上的時間,用技術,敏感味蕾,加上各種方法,不斷的努力,現今可以用乾淨的有機茶菁,做出優質的好茶。

茶湯濃稠度適中,帶有豐富的韻感,且非常細緻和諧。滋味清甜,在尾韻中微微帶有一絲新鮮的感覺。香氣帶有烏梅和煙燻焙香,同時也帶有葡萄乾的果香以及陳皮等其他特殊香氣,還伴隨著焦糖的甜香。

As society continues to change, we can no longer easily access the pure, traditionally made Hsinchu teas we enjoyed as children. I diligently researched and investigated the reasons, discovering that the main causes are environmental and human-caused damage, coupled with the loss of traditional methods. Therefore, I decided to embark on my new journey in pesticide-free tea.

Hsinchu is the primary and highest-quality tea-growing region in Taiwan for Oriental Beauty tea.

One of the main reasons is the geographical environment; the large temperature difference between day and night results in superior tea quality.

In addition, my family possesses the most traditional Oriental Beauty tea-making techniques. I was fortunate enough to observe the tea-making process firsthand at home from the age of five, naturally learning much of the wisdom of our elders.

Over the years, I have been fortunate to learn tea-making and roasting from many elders who are over sixty years my senior. Therefore, the tea roasted by Ji Pu Tea House has a unique flavor, inheriting the experience of many elders. I have integrated their techniques, incorporated the traditional Oriental Beauty tea-making process, continuously experimented and improved, and combined with the wisdom of my elders to create my own unique tea-roasting and tea-making technique.

After more than 20 years of dedicated effort, using technique, a sensitive palate, and various methods, I can now produce high-quality tea from clean, pesticide-free tea leaves.

The tea soup has a moderate consistency, a rich and complex flavor profile, and is remarkably delicate and harmonious. The taste is sweet and refreshing, with a subtle hint of freshness in the finish. The aroma features notes of plum and smoky roast, along with fruity notes of raisins and other distinctive aromas such as dried tangerine peel, accompanied by a sweet caramel scent.

The packaging design is simple and distinctive.

Specifications: 50g

Brewing Instructions: Use 100℃ water and steep for 2-3 minutes. Adjust the steeping time for the second infusion according to personal preference.
