原料單純,味道樸實,無化學添加物

詳記梅子粉,真的很單純,只有自然青梅、海鹽、砂糖、甘草粉四樣原料,沒有任何人工色素、甜味劑、防腐劑等化學添加物,與市售梅子粉味道相差很大,梅子味道很明顯,甚至保有梅子天然酸味,可以放心的讓家人使用,不用擔心對身體有負擔。

使用來自嘉義東興梅園的無毒青梅(有機梅子果園由慈心認證),以海鹽殺青,並放入甕中經過三個月的醃漬,使梅子自然脫水乾燥、風味濃縮。

醃漬後再連籽帶肉一起粉碎,粉碎後再烘乾並進行第二次磨粉。

過篩後加入砂糖粉、甘草粉調味,並再次烘烤讓梅粉內的酸、鹹、香味道更融合。每罐梅子粉都是經過繁複的步驟才產生。

開胃的梅子粉可以如何使用呢?

直接灑在水果、炸物上。

涼拌菜:苦瓜、小黃瓜、甜椒、橄欖等都很對味。洗淨切好之後,撒上梅粉,冷藏至隔日等待入味。

料理提味用:許多使用梅子入菜的料理,例如梅子苦瓜、梅子蒸排骨等,都可以額外再加一點梅粉,梅粉裡的酸甜味可以讓料理味道更豐富。

Simple ingredients, authentic flavor, no chemical additives

Shangi plum powder is truly simple, made with only four ingredients: natural green plums, sea salt, sugar, and licorice powder. It contains no artificial colors, sweeteners, preservatives, or other chemical additives. The taste is vastly different from commercially available plum powders; the plum flavor is very pronounced, even retaining the natural tartness of plums. It's safe for the whole family to use without worrying about health risks.

It uses non-toxic green plums from Dongxing Plum Garden in Chiayi (pesticide-free plum orchard). The plums are blanched with sea salt and then pickled in jars for three months, allowing them to naturally dehydrate and dry, concentrating their flavor.

After pickling, the plums are ground together, seeds and flesh included, then dried again and ground a second time.

After sifting, sugar powder and licorice powder are added for flavoring, and the powder is roasted again to further blend the sour, salty, and fragrant flavors. Each jar of plum powder undergoes a complex process.

How can this appetizing plum powder be used?

Sprinkle directly on fruits and fried foods.

For cold dishes: It's great with bitter melon, cucumbers, bell peppers, olives, etc. After washing and chopping, sprinkle with plum powder and refrigerate overnight to allow the flavors to meld.

For enhancing flavor: Many dishes that use plums, such as plum bitter melon and plum steamed ribs, can benefit from adding a little plum powder. The sweet and sour taste of the plum powder enriches the flavor of the dish.
