沖泡方式
【熱泡】
將茶葉泡在約95-100度C 熱水中。第一泡約30~40秒即可將茶湯倒出，以維持茶濃度。
【冷泡】
將5公克茶葉至於壺內，注入約600 C.C冷開水，室溫下靜置約4-8小時候，取出茶葉並置於冰箱冷藏，
即可享用 ; 是夏天健康解渴的飲料。

Brewing Method:
【Hot Brewing】 Steep the tea leaves in hot water at approximately 95-100°C. Pour out the first infusion after about 30-40 seconds to maintain the tea's concentration.
【Cold Brewing】 Place 5 grams of tea leaves in a teapot, pour in approximately 600 cc of cold water, let it steep at room temperature for about 4-8 hours, then remove the tea leaves and refrigerate.
