得來不易的藍莓果醬
酸酸甜甜的藍莓果醬，是普遍受到消費者喜愛的口味。里仁與果醬專業廠商五惠合作，採用來自高緯度環境清淨加拿大天然栽種的藍莓為原料。為了符合「少化學添加物」的里仁規範，五惠嘗試以果膠取代黏稠劑，但多次打樣出來的果醬嚐起來不是過硬就是太軟。最後，五惠嘗試混合不同的果膠來打樣，終於藍莓果實在果醬裡呈現均勻分佈，也保有藍莓果粒本身風味。
不簡單的少添加果醬
一路走來，扮演著重要領導角色的五惠湯士毅副總表示，雖然五惠製作果醬的經驗豐富，但接到里仁要做少添加果醬的要求時，壓力還是很大。湯士毅很感謝同仁願意齊心合作，儘管研發過程中挫折重重，但終究是向前邁出關鍵的一大步！

沒有色素、香料、防腐劑等化學添加物的果醬，在一般通路很可能因為外觀和價格，消費者接受意願低。但是里仁的消費者不僅樂意接受這樣的果醬，更有人把果醬擺在室溫幾天，透過親自試驗看見發霉，證明果醬沒有防腐劑後，高興地打電話來感謝五惠。

Hard-Earned Blueberry Jam Sweet and tangy blueberry jam is a universally beloved flavor among consumers. Partnering with professional jam manufacturer Wu-Hui, Leezen uses naturally grown blueberries sourced from the unpolluted, high-latitude environments of Canada. To comply with Leezen’s strict "minimal chemical additives" standard, Wu-Hui attempted to replace synthetic thickeners with natural pectin. However, initial batches were either too stiff or too runny. Ultimately, by blending different types of pectin, they achieved a perfect consistency—suspending the blueberries evenly while preserving their natural fruit flavor.
An Unsimple, Minimal-Additive Jam Reflecting on the journey, Wu-Hui Vice President Tang Shi-yi—who played a pivotal leadership role—shared that despite Wu-Hui's extensive experience in jam making, developing a low-additive jam for Leezen was exceptionally high-pressure. He expressed deep gratitude to his team for their unified effort, noting that despite repeated setbacks during R&D, they ultimately took a major leap forward!
Consumers Personally Verify Quality and Call to Express Thanks Jams made without chemical additives like artificial colors, flavorings, and preservatives often struggle on conventional retail shelves due to their natural appearance and pricing. However, Leezen’s consumers not only warmly embraced the product, but one customer even left the jam at room temperature for a few days to test it. Upon seeing mold develop, proving it truly contained no preservatives, they happily called Wu-Hui to voice their appreciation.
Wu-Hui remains dedicated to developing more healthy, delicious fruit jams—both for consumer health and to support farmers practicing eco-friendly agriculture.
