悅豐製作的杏仁粉，沖泡飲用時有微粒口感。常有人詢問：里仁架上的杏仁粉為什麼這麼粗？會出油？會沉澱？為什麼不香？因為杏仁是堅果類，油脂含量高，如果磨得太細，會產生更多的油脂而變成黏稠的杏仁醬。陳宇恬不斷思索、實驗，為了找到細緻且又不致變成醬的最佳大小，於是運用最細網目的研磨機，讓被磨細的杏仁噴出網面。透過不斷地嘗試，直到試出現今的粉狀大小。

The manufacturer handles hundreds of millions of seeds every month. Owner Chen Yutian believes that the longer you're in this industry, the more you understand the hard work involved in producing each kernel.
This almond powder has a fine, micro-particle texture. We often are questioned: Why is the almond powder from our store so coarse? Why is it greasy? Why does it have sediments? Why isn't it fragrant? Because almonds are nuts with a high oil content. If it's ground too finely, it will produce even more oil, turning into a thick almond paste. Chen Yu-Tien constantly pondered and experimented, striving to find the optimal size of almonds that was fine enough to avoid turning into a paste. He used a grinder with the finest mesh to spray the ground almonds through the mesh. Through continuous experimentation, he achieved the current powdered size.

Directions for Use:
1. Take an appropriate amount and steep in boiling water, adding honey or sugar to taste.
