為了推廣米食與友善環境，里仁杏仁玄米餅採有別於傳統的製作方式，改以無農藥、化肥耕種的糙米粉取代麵粉，拌入豆蓉與杏仁中。並且不使用人工色素、人工香料等添加物，以真材實料的杏仁粒與杏仁粉誠心製作，每一口都能品嚐到杏仁最原始的香醇與美味。自然食材的香醇原味，搭配糕餅師傅的精純好手藝，口感綿密不乾澀，是午茶品茗的好選擇。
