Using only non-toxic old ginger grown in Taiwan, the flavor is rich and you can taste the fine ginger strands.
Adding century-old traditional maltose from Xinzhuang, it perfectly complements the ginger flavor.
Using 100% Yuan Shun sesame oil, which has passed multiple tests, ensuring peace of mind.
Gentle Reminder: The ginger brown sugar contains traditional maltose. While the quality is not affected by high summer temperatures, it is prone to deformation due to heat. We recommend refrigerating it!
