里仁一向支持本土農業，與合作廠商豐喜（吃果籽品牌）開發果汁蒟蒻時，希望使用無毒純淨的水果為原料，推動無添加化學成分、儘量減少加工層級的原則。豐喜一開始開發時，便遇上了少添加的障礙，如果只用天然果汁調味，難免在經過一段時間後，果汁風味會變淡，保存期限也會縮短。
如何能夠不添加香料，且不影響整體的風味，考驗了廠商的智慧。歷經不斷的試作與調整配方，終於做出味美口感佳的黃金比例，且製程無香料、無色素、無保色劑，並獲得慈悅認證的雙潔淨標章。
為了讓果汁蒟蒻呈現水果原汁風味，特採用屏東果林有機農場的大果桑椹（栽種無使用化肥及農藥）。桑椹果汁蒟蒻的果汁含量達10%，即使不使用香料，依然不減風味。

The first juice konjac to receive the Double Clean Label
Leezen has always supported local agriculture. When developing juice konjac with partner manufacturer Feng-Xi (a fruit seed brand), they aimed to use non-toxic, pure fruits as raw materials, promoting the principles of no added chemicals and minimizing processing layers. Feng-Xi encountered the obstacle of minimizing additives at the beginning of development. If only natural fruit juice were used for flavoring, the juice flavor would inevitably fade over time, and the shelf life would be shortened.
How to achieve this without adding flavorings or affecting the overall flavor tested the manufacturer's ingenuity. After continuous trials and formula adjustments, a perfect golden ratio for delicious taste and texture has finally been achieved. The process is free of flavorings, colorings, and color-preserving agents, and it has received the Tse-Yue Cleanliness Certification.
To ensure the fruit juice konjac retains the pure flavor of fresh fruit, large-fruited mulberries from an organic farm in Pingtung are used (grown without chemical fertilizers or pesticides). The mulberry juice konjac contains 10% fruit juice, maintaining its flavor even without added flavorings.
