麵本家認同里仁在無添加、有機農耕、種樹減碳、生態保育、生命教育等方面的努力，而與里仁合作。為配合里仁上架規範，從原料開始尋找適合的麵粉體，最終決定採用里仁合作廠商之活力Q粉心麵粉、粉心麵粉。在製程上，輾壓次數高達六道、烘乾時間5.5小時，讓麵更Q彈。

"Making noodles is simple: flour, salt, and water," but the secret to its deliciousness lies in the subtle steps of the process. Da Jia Noodles' unique classic flavor, passed down through generations, comes from the clear water of central Taiwan, combined with the 80 years of expertise of noodle-making masters, allowing the freshness of the wheat ears to be fully preserved in the noodles, so you can not only enjoy the delicious taste but also the freshness!
Da Jia Noodles recognizes the efforts of Leezen in areas such as additive-free production, organic farming, tree planting for carbon reduction, ecological conservation, and life education, and has therefore partnered with Leezen. To comply with Lee Jen's product listing standards, they searched for suitable flour from the very beginning, ultimately deciding to use Vitality Q-Flavor Flour and Powder Heart Flour from a Leezen partner. In the manufacturing process, the noodles undergo up to six rolling cycles and a 5.5-hour drying time, resulting in a more chewy and elastic texture.
Made with pure ingredients, a perfect golden ratio, and the legacy and experience of master chefs, this simple yet delicious noodle undergoes rigorous quality control—it's truly something special.
