近年全球氣候變遷，導致產地乾旱，黑豆因此歉收、價格飆漲，由於價格起伏不定，有時候更是難以買到黑豆原料。因此為里仁的合作夥伴蕭宏真一心牽掛著：「如何讓原料價格穩定下來？」所以決定租借農地種植有機黑豆。蕭宏真說：「這麼好的東西，一定要在台灣把它種出來，因為我要把最好的給消費者。」2010年的冬天，黑豆有了收成。從此，蕭宏真以本土黑豆為主，不足的部分才用進口。

Therefore, Leezen's partner, Hsiao Hung-chen, was concerned about "how to stabilize raw material prices?" and decided to lease farmland to grow organic black beans. Hsiao Hung-chen said, "Such a good product must be grown in Taiwan because I want to give consumers the best." In the winter of 2010, the black beans were harvested. Since then, Hsiao Hung-chen has primarily used locally grown black beans, importing only the insufficient amount.
