Addressing modern health concerns, we have developed granola biscuit with a low-sugar, healthy approach, free of artificial flavorings and colorings. Made primarily with oats and buckwheat, using up to 56% oats and no wheat flour, we have added trehalose to reduce sugar content. The dietary fiber increases satiety and reduces gluten intake. They can be eaten directly or added to hot water to make oatmeal porridge.
