茶品介紹

坪林地區山環水繞水氣豐沛,得天獨厚的環境造就台灣北部最富盛名的條型茶種—包種茶,與南部烏龍茶共享「北包種,南烏龍」的美名。這款茶就是採用坪林當地有機茶菁,以早期包種茶製造工藝製成。。

茶湯呈包種茶經典蜜綠色,由於有機茶的發酵度比較重,蜜綠中又透著微黃,風味清新幽雅的花香,口感新鮮圓滑。

帶有桂花、梔子花及茉莉花的香氣,香氣馥郁,鳳梨及芒果的水果滋味,有些許青草的青香,蔗糖的甜感。口感滑順、清甜、餘韻綿長。

有機期&有機轉型期有什麼差別?

簡單來說,每一塊田地申請轉作有機、經過驗證機構實地查驗,在取得正式的有機驗證前,須經過三年的有機轉型期,期間產出的農產品皆可以有機轉型期的身份標示上架販售。 

有些人可能會擔心,轉型期產品是不是不比有機期產品那麼安心?

答案是:有機轉型期農作物的安心程度,等同於有機農作物!

依有機法規,轉型期過程除了栽種方式同樣不可使用農藥、除草劑、化學肥料,檢驗標準也比照有機農產品,殘留檢驗未檢出農藥及有毒物質才能上架販售。

建議大家可以多多支持有機轉型期的產品,鼓勵陪伴農友度過有機摸索適應期,未來能為消費者提供品質更佳、產量穩定的有機農產品!

淨源茶契作茶園有『有機期』也有『有機轉型期』,每批產出的茶葉依照茶菁原料田區不同,具有不同期別身份。

例如:您在淨源茶官網訂購『有機(轉型期)精選清香烏龍茶』,品名標註『有機(轉型期)』代表該品項有兩種不同期別,淨源茶出貨以現有庫存為主,實際到貨時您有可能收到「有機期」或「有機轉型期」的精選清香烏龍茶。

Pinglin, surrounded by mountains and abundant water, boasts a unique environment that has given rise to Pouchong tea, the most renowned strip-shaped tea variety in northern Taiwan, sharing the reputation of "Pouchong in the North, Oolong in the South" with southern oolong tea. This tea is made from locally sourced naturally grown tea leaves from Pinglin using traditional Pouchong tea processing techniques.

The tea is the classic honey-green color of Pouchong tea. Due to the heavier fermentation of organic tea, the honey-green color is tinged with a slight yellow. The flavor is fresh and elegant with a floral aroma, and the taste is fresh and smooth.

Pouchong Tea — #Gardenia and Jasmine Aroma #Sugarcane Sweetness #Pineapple and Mango Flavor It carries the aromas of osmanthus, gardenia, and jasmine, a rich fragrance, fruity flavors of pineapple and mango, a hint of grassy freshness, and a sweetness of sugarcane.
