不論是乾燥的黑木耳或是新鮮的黑木耳,都不能像高麗菜、蘋果等蔬果食材一樣,用清水洗淨後就直接生吃,因為黑木耳本身含有一種光感物質,如未經川燙而直接食用後,身體被太陽照射的部位可能引起日光性皮炎,而出現瘙癢、疼痛、水腫等症狀,因此特地在此提醒各位朋友,黑木耳一定要經川燙、煮熟等方式調理後才能食用。

※ Important Note
Whether dried or fresh, black fungus should not be eaten raw after simply washing it with water, unlike vegetables such as cabbage or apples. Black fungus contains a photosensitive substance; if consumed raw without blanching, it may cause photodermatitis on sun-exposed areas, leading to symptoms such as itching, pain, and swelling. Therefore, we strongly advise that black fungus must be blanched or cooked thoroughly before consumption.
