■ 本土葛鬱金粉,是古早的保健食品,由小農採收後經過打漿、水洗、沉澱、曝曬等繁瑣程序而製成,取代精製太白粉。
■ 冷壓葡萄籽油、天然海鹽等健康食材,搭配新鮮低溫烘培的核桃,入口滑順,口齒留香。

With a pure heart, we make pure date paste.
Because we love date paste cakes, we wanted to make healthy date paste, preserving this indispensable traditional flavor for festive occasions, and allowing me to watch my children enjoy them with peace of mind.
Using healthy ingredients, we make safe and reliable date paste.
We use:
■ Pure date filling, without preservatives, flavorings, or colorings. It has no sulfide residue, a smooth and delicate texture, and a sweet and slightly sour taste, truly capturing the flavor of dates.
■ Maltose made using a century-old method, slowly simmered with Taiwanese glutinous rice and German wheatgrass juice, its nutritional value far surpasses that of chemically hydrolyzed maltose (maltose syrup).
■ Locally sourced kudzu root powder, a traditional health food, is made by small farmers through a laborious process of pulping, washing, settling, and sun-drying, replacing refined tapioca starch.
■ Cold-pressed grapeseed oil, natural sea salt, and other healthy ingredients, paired with freshly low-temperature roasted walnuts, create a smooth and fragrant taste.
