品牌故事
畢業於屏東科技大學食品科學系的創辦人夫妻,因兒子在八個月大時被診斷出「川崎氏症」,此疾病常見於5歲的東方兒童,為心血管病變所產生的後天性心臟病,僅能長期用藥物控制,擁有食品專業背景的兩位,決心要為兒子找回健康。透過大學時期學習食品科學改善疾病的專業知識,發現「醋」有調節酸鹼平衡、增強免疫力、提高代謝等功能,於是從尋找台灣有機作物開始,買菌種、篩菌種、靜置釀製到研發醱酵槽,期待透過有機酵醋,讓孩子的病情有效獲得改善,經過兩年無數次的實驗失敗後,終於成功釀製順口又健康的醋飲。

  • Characterized by its delicate pink blush, rich aroma, and smooth fruit acid, it is rich in the 8 essential amino acids needed by the human body.

  • We insist on self-selecting a single microbial culture for 100% pure brewing. It undergoes complete saccharification, alcoholization, and acetification, followed by 6 to 10 months of fermentation and aging.

  • The fine molecular structure is easily absorbed by the stomach and intestines, preserving and enhancing the inherent nutritional value of the raw materials.

Brand Story

The founding couple, who graduated from the Department of Food Science at Pingtung University of Science and Technology, had a son diagnosed with Kawasaki disease at 8 months old. This disease is common in East Asian children under 5 years old and is an acquired heart disease resulting from cardiovascular lesions, which can only be controlled long-term with medication.

With their professional food science background, the couple decided to find a way to restore their son's health. Through the professional knowledge of using food science to improve diseases that they learned during university, they discovered that "vinegar" has functions like regulating acid-base balance, enhancing immunity, and boosting metabolism.

They began by searching for organic crops in Taiwan, purchasing cultures, screening cultures, conducting static brewing, and developing fermentation tanks. They hoped that organic fermented vinegar would effectively improve their child's condition. After 2 years and countless experimental failures, they finally succeeded in brewing a healthy and palatable vinegar drink.

Drinking Instructions

It is recommended to dilute the vinegar with plain water at a 5 to 10 times ratio and consume after meals, or adjust the dilution according to personal preference.
