【食譜：泰式打拋素豆丁】
材料：素豆丁四分之一包、薑末、九層塔、紅辣椒
調味料：醬油、胡椒粉、鹽、砂糖、檸檬汁、香油
作法：
1. 素豆丁用水泡軟，擠乾水份。
2. 起鍋將素豆丁炒乾；再下薑末、辣椒爆香，加入醬油、胡椒粉、糖、鹽、水拌勻入味，下九層塔、香油翻炒，起鍋前淋入檸檬汁拌勻。

The soy protein is mixed with water in an extruder to form the vegetarian soy cubes, which are then preserved using vacuum drying technology. These vegetarian soy cubes are free from chemical additives such as colorings, flavorings, sweeteners, and preservatives, making them a safe and excellent ingredient for vegetarians.

Recipe: Thai Basil Vegetarian Soy Cubes (Thai 'Laap' Style)
Ingredients:

1/4 package of Vegetarian Soy Cubes

Minced ginger

Thai basil
-
Red chili peppers
Seasonings:

Soy sauce

Pepper powder

Salt

Lemon juice

Sesame oil
Instructions:

Soak the vegetarian soy cubes in water until soft, then squeeze out the excess water.

Heat a wok/pan and dry-fry the soy cubes until fragrant; add the minced ginger and chili peppers to sauté until fragrant. Add the soy sauce, pepper powder, sugar, salt, and water, and mix well to allow the flavors to absorb. Add the Thai basil and sesame oil, and stir-fry quickly. Just before removing from heat, drizzle with lemon juice and mix well.
