採用源頭管理方式確保藥材品質，大部分中藥材由廠商直接與當地農友契作。採收後採樣檢測，符合標準方可出口→進口時台灣海關邊境管理抽檢→生產前原料檢測需符合慈心評鑑規範且農藥檢驗項目ND，通過重金屬、二氧化硫檢測。無防腐劑、人工色素、人工香料，產品通過重金屬、農藥殘留及二氧化硫檢測。包裝上印有專屬QR CODE，透過智慧型手機或電腦檢索，即可看見每一批產品的檢驗報告，輕鬆掌握好品質。採用方便燉煮的茶包設計，料理好方便，適合作為天涼暖身的湯品。
食用方式：鍋中加入清水4至6碗，待水滾後放入燉包，同時加入其他食材，轉小火燉煮約30分鐘，起鍋前斟酌以食鹽或其他調味，風味更佳。可加入菇類、豆類、蓮藕等蔬菜。燉湯搭配麵線、米粉、麵條都很合適。

We ensure the quality of the herbal ingredients, allowing you to easily enjoy a safe and delicious herbal stew mix.
We manage the quality of the herbs right from the source. The majority of our Chinese medicinal ingredients are sourced by the manufacturer directly through contract farming with local farmers. After harvest, samples are tested and must meet standards before export to Taiwan >> Customs border inspections are conducted upon import >>Before production, raw ingredients must be tested to comply with the Tse-Xin organic certification guidelines, with pesticide residues tested as non-detectable (ND), and passing heavy metal and sulfur dioxide testing. The product contains no preservatives, artificial colors, or artificial flavors, and has passed tests for heavy metals, pesticide residues, and sulfur dioxide. Each package has a dedicated QR CODE printed on it, which you can scan with your smartphone or computer to view the inspection report for that batch, giving you easy access to quality assurance information. Cooking Instructions
Add 4 to 6 bowls of water to a pot. Once the water boils, add the stew mix packet and the other ingredients simultaneously. Turn the heat to low and simmer for about 30 minutes. Before serving, season with salt or other condiments to taste for better flavor. You can add vegetables such as mushrooms, beans, or lotus root. The soup is great served with thin noodles (mian xian), rice vermicelli (mi fen), or noodles.
Precautions
The stew mix contains Cinnamon Bark (桂皮), which pregnant women should avoid. Individuals with specific medical conditions should consult a physician before consumption.
