果凍是大、小朋友都喜愛的零食，里仁為了提供安心的果凍給消費者，與豐喜合作推出無添加的梅子果凍。為了讓大、小朋友隨時都能享用到安心的果凍，豐喜經過細細研究後，加入了檸檬酸，精準拿捏最適合的酸鹼值，以利常溫下保存。特別選用植物膠體、蒟蒻粉讓果凍成型，再加入本土黃梅製成的梅泥，含量達10%，吃得到梅子的自然酸甜。
里仁梅子果凍拒絕以假亂真的色、香、味，不含防腐劑、人工甜味劑、人工色素、人工香料。以真材實料與真功夫保留果凍的Q嫩酸甜口感，突破不美觀與不易保存的困難，要讓大、小朋友都能吃得安心又美味。
