里山環境下生產的茶葉，採收後，先經過日曝，去除水分，並吸收陽光的能量。製茶達人以經驗及古法製茶技術，讓有機茶呈現自己的韻味。在成茶後，入倉自然陳化至火氣去除後，即是品嘗時機。

Currently recorded animals include common lowland mammals such as crab-eating crabs, white-nosed crabs, and Reeves' muntjacs.
Tea grown in this mountainous environment undergoes sun-drying after harvesting to remove moisture and absorb sunlight's energy. Experienced tea masters use traditional processing techniques to bring out the unique flavor of the pesticide-free tea. After processing, the tea is naturally aged in warehouses until the "fire" (a term used to describe the initial harshness of tea) is removed, making it ready to be enjoyed.
