來自三峽的回甘清香好茶
來自三峽的碧螺春,屬於綠茶(品種:青心柑仔),是不發酵的茶,產地為三峽谷芳有機茶園。谷芳有機茶園致力於徹底改善有機茶園土壤的肥力,只採用政府規定合法的有機肥料(全植物性),讓加工完成的茶葉回甘更明顯、持久。
為了製作出比較不傷胃的碧螺春綠茶,谷芳茶園在每個細節上都特別用心。除了以人工方式採摘「一心二葉」的細芽嫩心,在炒茶過程中,不為了追求濃度與菁味而將炒菁的溫度降低。如此一來,即使用滾燙開水沖泡,也比較不會造成胃的負擔(視個人體質而有所差異)。並使用30台斤的炒鍋,每次只炒5台斤,以熟練的經驗,確保每個葉子都可以炒熟。茶葉加工完成後,精準控制溫度,讓茶葉不失甜韻、清爽香氣更明顯。
百年茶園轉作有機 良好生態獲綠色保育標章
三峽自古就是碧螺春的重要產地,位於三峽的谷芳有機茶園,海拔約四百公尺。自1871年至今已有百年傳承。李昌峻為祖傳種茶第四代,2012年開始以有機方式種茶,2014年通過有機加工驗證,轉作有機過程中,雖然辛苦卻也因此營造良好環境,吸引各式生物昆蟲聚集,形成自然生態食物鏈,包括很多小綠葉蟬、紅螢和翡翠樹蛙。茶園內更可以見到穿山甲的活動足跡,因此也申請了「穿山甲綠色保育標章」。

A Delicious, Sweet-Scented Tea from Sanxia, Taiwan
Biluochun tea from Sanxia is a green tea (variety: Qingxin Ganzi), unfermented, and produced at the Gu Fang Organic Tea Garden in Sanxia area. Gu Fang Organic Tea Garden is committed to thoroughly improving the fertility of its organic tea garden soil, using only government-approved pesticide-free fertilizers (all-plant-based), resulting in a more pronounced and lasting sweet aftertaste in the processed tea.
To produce a Biluochun green tea that is gentler on the stomach, Gu Fang Tea Garden pays meticulous attention to every detail. In addition to hand-picking the tender buds ("one bud and two leaves"), the tea is roasted at a temperature that is not lowered to pursue a stronger, more robust flavor. This means that even when brewed with boiling water, it is less likely to burden the stomach (this may vary depending on individual constitution). A 30-jin (15 kg) wok is used, and only 5 jin (2.5 kg) are roasted at a time, ensuring each leaf is thoroughly roasted with skilled experience. After processing, the temperature is precisely controlled to preserve the tea's sweetness and enhance its refreshing aroma.
A Century-Old Tea Garden Transitions to Pesticide-free Farming, Receives Green Conservation Label for its Excellent Ecosystem
Sanxia has been an important production area for Biluochun tea since ancient times. The Gu Fang Organic Tea Garden, located in Sanxia at an altitude of approximately 400 meters, boasts a century-long history dating back to 1871. Li Changjun, the fourth generation of the family tea growers, began pesticide-free tea cultivation in 2012. The transition to natural farming, though arduous, created a healthy environment that attracts a diverse array of organisms and insects, forming a natural food chain, including numerous green leafhoppers, red fireflies, and emerald tree frogs. Pangolins have also been observed in the tea garden, leading to the application for the "Pangolin Green Conservation Label."
