5倍的純可可粉用量 給您真實的巧克力風味
在里仁「無或少添加物」的原則下,咪咪樂為了忠實呈現巧克力夾心酥的風味,特別增加了5倍的純可可粉用量,讓消費者能感受到滿滿真實的巧克力風味。除了要低油脂含量外,在選用油脂上,咪咪樂選用未經氫化的棕櫚油,因此要花費更多時間去攪拌餡料,使其均勻。咪咪樂歷經多次的嘗試和製作,才讓低油脂含量,不含氫化油脂,又有酥脆濃郁口感的巧克力夾心酥得以和大家見面。

Following Leezen's principle of "no or minimal additives," MiMiLe increased the amount of pure cocoa powder by 5 times to faithfully present the flavor of their chocolate cream wafers, allowing consumers to experience a full and authentic chocolate taste. In addition to the low fat content, MiMiLe uses unhydrogenated palm oil, requiring more time to mix the filling evenly. After numerous trials and production processes, MiMiLe finally launched their low-fat, hydrogenated oil-free, and crispy, rich-textured chocolate sandwich pastry.
