紅薏仁是脫去外皮的薏仁，又稱糙薏仁，擁有良好的營養價值。有機紅薏仁來自嘉義縣朴子市，朴子位於土壤豐沃的嘉南平原上，是台灣雜糧主要的種植產地。
友善土地 同時帶動台灣本土雜糧復育
朴子老農配合農會一鄉一特產的政策指導，轉種本土優質雜糧作物，將多達二十多公頃的土地改成栽種有機紅薏仁。他們秉持「活到老，學到老」的耕種精神，不僅友善土地，也帶動了台灣本土雜糧的復育。

Red adlay is adlay with the hull removed, also known as brown adlay, and possesses excellent nutritional value. The organic red adlay comes from Puzi Township in Chiayi County. Puzi is located on the fertile Chiayi-Tainan Plain, a major production area for Taiwanese grains.
Land-Friendly Practices Drive Local Grain Revitalization
In cooperation with the local Farmers' Association's "One Town, One Specialty" policy, elderly farmers in Puzi switched to planting high-quality local grains, converting over twenty hectares of land to cultivate organic red adlay. They uphold the farming spirit of "living till old, learning till old," which not only benefits the land but also drives the revitalization of Taiwan's local grains.
