Wash 300g of white rice and cook in an electric cooker. Prepare a small pumpkin: deseed, peel, and cut into chunks. Peel and cut 1/2 carrot into chunks. Slice 30g of mushrooms. Heat oil in a pan, stir-fry the carrots and mushrooms, then add the pumpkin chunks, 150g of edamame, and 500ml of vegetarian stock.
