注意事項:紅麵線原料已有加鹽,調味要留意,以免過鹹。

Taiwanese traditional-style noodles, a nostalgic market delicacy. A 40-year-old recipe, this noodle dish is made with traditional techniques and contains no added colorings or preservatives. The "red" color of the noodles comes from a natural brown hue formed during long steaming. When added to a soup, they are fragrant, al dente, and delicious, remaining tender even after prolonged cooking, with a smooth and flavorful texture.
How to eat: Boil 2000cc of water. Add the entire package of red noodles and cook for approximately 10-20 minutes (adjust to taste). Season to taste, add condiments, and finally thicken with cornstarch slurry. Remove from heat and serve.
Note: The red noodles already contain salt; be mindful of the seasoning to avoid making them too salty.
