這款沖泡米粉的開發是源自於國際交流，因為新竹市政府要送荷蘭具有新竹代表性的產品，所以永盛為了新竹市政府和荷蘭的交流開發了具有代表新竹的特色產品，結果市政府的員工覺得這款沖泡米粉有別於市售其他沖泡米粉的味道，紛紛都說好吃，故永盛決定量產讓大家也可以享用到這款美味的沖泡米粉。
含米量 100% 的沖泡式米粉，是素食的好夥伴，乾米粉或湯米粉都好吃。
成份：
米粉：米、水
調味油包：大豆沙拉油、醬油、麥芽糖漿、豆瓣醬、豆腐乳、辣椒醬、食鹽、芝麻油、焦糖色素、香菇精粉(香菇抽出物、糊精)、5'次黃嘌呤核苷磷酸二鈉、5'鳥嘌呤核苷磷酸二鈉、酵母抽出物、香辛料(胡椒、辣椒、五香)。
調味粉包: 食鹽、乾燥蔬菜(高麗菜、紅蘿蔔、芝麻、菠菜)、香辛料(胡椒、香芹)、砂糖、調味劑(DL-胺基丙酸、胺基乙酸、5’-次黃嘌呤核苷磷酸二鈉、5’-鳥嘌呤核苷磷酸二鈉)、海帶芽、酵母抽出物、香菇抽出物、糊精、 二氧化矽。
