味噌,是一種有鹹味的日本調味品,日本料理的主要配料之一。

味噌的種類比較多,主要是原料的成分和比例的不同。用作製造味噌的原料有豆、米、麥等。其製作方法是將這些原料蒸熟後,再通過酵母菌發酵而製成,是醱酵豆醬的日本化。

傳統製法是把大豆煮熟攪捽搓揉後,加入海鹽調味,搓勻後放入米麴或麥麴,最後放入木桶內封存發酵,兩年後味噌成熟,除去表面一層發霉的麵豉後便可得到又香又濃的味噌。

熱水沖食:將內附乾燥蔬菜包放入馬克杯中,倒入滾燙熱水250~300CC,打開菇王味噌高湯隨身包倒入攪拌均勻,即可享用。

Miso is a savory Japanese condiment and a staple ingredient in Japanese cuisine.

There are many types of miso, mainly differing in the composition and proportions of their ingredients. Common ingredients include soybeans, rice, and wheat. The production method involves steaming these ingredients and then fermenting them with yeast, a Japanese adaptation of fermented soybean paste.

The traditional method involves cooking soybeans, stirring and kneading them, adding sea salt for seasoning, kneading thoroughly, then adding rice koji or wheat koji, and finally sealing and fermenting in a wooden barrel for two years. After two years, the miso matures, and the moldy surface layer of fermented soybean paste is removed to obtain a fragrant and rich miso.

Ingredients: Miso pouch: Soybeans (non-GMO), rice, water, rice syrup (water, rice, sugar), sugar, salt, licorice, kelp, yeast extract. Vegetable pouch: Wakame seaweed, cabbage, carrot.

【Directions for Use】
