如您將冷凍、冷藏產品加入寄送訂單，我們會自動幫您辦理退款（含相關運費），並酌收2.6%退款手續費。您的信用卡會在約10個工作天內收到退款，並於退款完成後收到心田退款通知。

Frozen and refrigerated foods are in-store pickup only, not available for shipment. 

If you have frozen or refrigerated items in your shipping order, we will automatically issue a refund (including associated shipping cost) back to your credit card, however, 2.6% refund handling fee will be charged to you.  Refunds should reflect to your credit card within 10 business days along with an email notification or text from us once the refund is completed.
