里仁一向支持本土農業，與合作廠商豐喜（吃果籽品牌）開發果汁蒟蒻時，希望使用無毒純淨的檸檬，推動無添加化學成分、儘量減少加工層級的原則。豐喜一開始開發時，便遇上了少添加的障礙，如果只用天然果汁調味，難免在經過一段時間後，檸檬風味會變淡，保存期限也會縮短。
如何能夠不添加香料，且不影響整體的風味，考驗了廠商的智慧。歷經半年的努力，終於做出味美口感佳黃金比例的果汁蒟蒻，並獲得慈悅認證的雙潔淨標章，這對雙方無異是很大的鼓勵。
檸檬果汁蒟蒻，採用的是屏東五冠蔬果農場的四季有籽檸檬（栽種無使用化肥及農藥），果肉多汁，果皮略厚，稍微一刮果皮，檸檬果味濃郁清香。包裝採用袋裝擠壓式，輕輕擠一下，果凍就會跑出來！來自農園的自然美味，酸甜清爽，Ｑ彈蒟蒻口感，一口接一口，不一樣的果凍新吃法。炎炎夏日，冰過後食用，滋味更棒！

The first fruit juice konjac to receive the Double Clean Label certification
Leezen, a long-time supporter of local agriculture, collaborated with its partner, Feng-Xi (a fruit seed brand), to develop fruit juice konjac. Their goal was to use non-toxic, pure lemons, adhering to the principles of no added chemicals and minimal processing. Feng-Xi initially encountered the obstacle of minimizing additives; using only natural fruit juice for flavoring inevitably led to a weakening of the lemon flavor and a shortened shelf life over time.
How to achieve this without adding flavorings or compromising the overall flavor tested the manufacturer's ingenuity. After six months of effort, they finally created a fruit juice konjac with a perfect balance of delicious taste and texture, earning the Double Clean Label certification from Tzu-Yue Foods. This was a significant encouragement for both parties.
The lemon fruit juice konjac uses seeded lemons from the Wu-Guan Fruit and Vegetable Farm in Pingtung (grown without chemical fertilizers or pesticides). The lemons are juicy with a slightly thick peel; a gentle scrape releases a rich and fragrant lemon flavor. The packaging uses a squeeze-pack design; just squeeze gently and the jelly will come out! A natural, delicious treat from the farm, it's sweet and tangy, with a chewy konjac texture—you'll want to keep eating it! A unique and refreshing way to enjoy jelly.
