「咔滋咔滋－－」一塊接一塊、讓人不絕於口的方塊酥，厚實香脆，背後有一段用心的故事。一般方塊酥油脂含量高，但為了消費者的健康，里仁造訪了嘉義盛產方塊酥之地協尋廠商，期望共同開發出減少油脂含量且不含氫化油脂的方塊酥。里仁研發人員聯絡上以前學烘培的朋友，並將里仁對於健康的理念傳達給他。朋友聽完大受感動，願意嘗試。里仁對健康的標準很高，不僅麵粉不能漂白、不能含有品質改良劑；油脂還必須要減少至市售的一半、不能摻一丁點乳化劑。為了做到「少油」，一開始做出來的油酥總分布不均。最後，靠著讓麵糰在機器裡多跑幾趟，增加摺數，酥度才終於達到均勻。小巧便利的方塊酥，如今已成為日常的零嘴，酥而不油、甜而不膩。歡迎和我們一起「咔滋咔滋－－！」

Seeking Sesame Crisps Cookie with Reduced Fat Content and No Hydrogenated Oils
"Crunch, crunch—" One after another, these irresistibly delicious Sesame Crisps Cookie, thick and crispy, have a story behind them. Regular Sesame Crisps Cookies are high in fat, but for the sake of consumers' health, Leezen visited Chiayi, a major production area for Sesame Crisps Cookies, to find manufacturers and collaborate on developing square pastries with reduced fat content and no hydrogenated oils. Leezen’s R&D staff contacted a friend who had studied baking and conveyed Leezen's philosophy on health. The friend was deeply moved and agreed to give it a try. Leezen has very high standards for health; not only can the flour not be bleached or contain quality improvers, but the fat content must also be reduced to half that of commercially available crisps cookies, with absolutely no emulsifiers added. To achieve "less oil," the initial batches of pastry were unevenly distributed. Finally, by running the dough through the machine multiple times, increasing the number of folds, the crispness was finally achieved. These small and convenient Sesame Crisps Cookies have now become an everyday snack, crispy but not oily, sweet but not cloying. Welcome to join us for a "crunch crunch!"
