新藻實業的老闆張昆旭，巡遍全球各地的海洋，設點於中國華南沿海，更遠到中南美州以及南太平洋，如此積極只為覓得潔淨海域養植海藻。海苔依採收時間的不同，分成「一水」、「二水」、「三水」等三期菜。一水菜也就是所謂的前期菜，是第一批採收的海苔，產量不多，其養份最充足，且具有自然的香甜味，色澤亮麗，所以為最上品。而里仁架上的味付海苔正是品質最鮮嫩的「一水」海苔。
味付海苔原料單純，只以麻油、葵花油與少許玫瑰岩鹽提味，帶出一水海苔本身的獨特風味。味付海苔不論當零食、捲壽司、拌飯、麵都很適合，來一片海苔，讓滿滿的大海滋味在你口中爆發吧！

Searching Many Seas to Find Clean, Unpolluted Seaweed
Zhang Kun-xu, the owner of Shinzao Enterprise, has toured oceans all over the world, setting up sites along the South China coast and reaching as far as Central and South America and the South Pacific. This active search is solely to find clean sea areas for cultivating seaweed.
Nori (laver) is categorized into "First Harvest", "Second Harvest", and "Third Harvest" based on the timing of collection. First Harvest Nori is the first batch collected; it is low in yield but has the richest nutrients, a naturally sweet flavor, and a vibrant color, making it the most superior grade. The seasoned nori on Leezen's shelves is this most tender, "First Harvest" nori.
The ingredients for the seasoned nori are simple, using only sesame oil, sunflower oil, and a touch of rose rock salt to enhance the nori's unique inherent flavor. The seasoned nori is perfect as a snack, for wrapping sushi, or for mixing with rice or noodles. Have a sheet of nori and let the full flavor of the ocean burst in your mouth!
