有機養生麵茶在拌炒時，只用乾炒的方式將麵粉炒熟，不額外添加油脂。蕭宏真希望讓消費者在品嚐麵茶之餘，也能吃到不同食物的營養，於是他加入有機枸杞、有機黑芝麻、有機葵瓜子和有機核桃手工拌炒。最後加入經黃麴毒素檢測合格的花生油醍醐麵茶的風味。蕭宏真說：「製作如此真材實料的有機養生麵茶，就是要讓消費者吃得健康，也能吃得滿足。」有機養生麵茶料多實在、沖泡便利、老少咸宜，濃度可隨個人喜好，自行斟酌。

食用方法 :
先取適量有機麵茶置於杯中，以90℃熱開水沖調成漿狀，再依個人喜好調整濃稠度。

When roasting the miancha, the flour is simply dry-fried without adding any oil. Mr. Xiao Hongzhen wants consumers to enjoy the nutritional benefits of different foods while savoring the miancha, so he adds pesticide-free goji berries, pesticide-free black sesame seeds, pesticide-free sunflower seeds, and pesticide-free walnuts, which are then hand-roasted. Finally, peanut oil, tested for aflatoxin, is added to enhance the flavor of the miancha. Hsiao Hongzhen said, "Making such high-quality pesticide-free health-preserving miancha is about ensuring consumers eat healthily and are satisfied." The pesticide-free health-preserving miancha is made with plenty of high-quality ingredients, is easy to prepare, suitable for all ages. Directions for Use: First, place an appropriate amount of miancha in a cup, then pour in 90℃ hot water to form a paste. Adjust the consistency to your liking.
