蒸煮麵體非油炸 熱水沖泡輕鬆享用
麵體不同於一般沖泡麵以油炸方式而成,僅以麵粉、鹽水及山藥粉製成,再經滾輪輾壓、切割成條,再將一個個麵條送進機器裡蒸炊,為了減短沖泡時間,廠商特別將麵條切細後延長蒸炊時間,提高麵體熟化程度。調理包特地加入多種蔬菜,沖泡後吃得到高麗菜的甜味、非基因改造豆腐的滑嫩,以及木耳的清脆口感,完整呈現食材本身的原色原味。不含麵質改良劑、修飾澱粉、防腐劑等化學添加物。
‧沖泡方式:取出麵塊、調理包與蔬菜包,放入碗中倒入500cc沸水。蓋上碗蓋後等待6-7分鐘燜熟後即可食用。
‧快煮方式:將500cc水煮沸後放入麵塊、調理包續煮2-3分鐘後即可享用。

Steamed Noodles, Not Fried – Easy to Enjoy with Hot Water
Unlike typical fried instant noodles, these noodles are made solely from flour, salt water, and yam powder. They are then rolled, cut into strips, and steamed. To shorten the cooking time, the manufacturer has specially cut the noodles into thinner pieces and extended the steaming time, ensuring better cooking. This seasoning packet is specially formulated with a variety of vegetables. After brewing, you can enjoy the sweetness of cabbage, the smoothness of non-GMO tofu, and the crispness of wood ear mushrooms, fully showcasing the original color and flavor of the ingredients. It contains no dough improvers, modified starches, preservatives, or other chemical additives.
• Preparation Method: Take out the noodle block, seasoning packet, and vegetable packet, place them in a bowl, and pour in 500cc of boiling water. Cover the bowl and let it steep for 6-7 minutes until cooked through.
