里仁為有機米找出路，積極與各類米食加工廠商接觸，開發人員向鑫豪公司介紹使用天然原料不用化學添加物、環保理念時，鑫豪公司的鐘老闆聽得頻頻點頭，並表示這種事情要很多人共同來做，他很願意參與。

基於少糖的原則，開發人員建議用天然又有味道的味噌做夾心餡，鐘老闆覺得這是一個新嘗試，興趣也被激發出來，並主動建議既然要做健康的產品，外表就不要噴油，並且不添加色素、香料、抗氧化劑、品質改良劑、氫化油脂、化學調味料等，並且提供大包裝讓消費者選擇。

在研發的過程中，廠商不斷地嘗試，兩個多月大約試做了十多次，最後所用的原料變得很單純，做出來的米果有淡淡的純米香，質地酥脆、紮實耐嚼的米果更耐人尋味。除了零食之外，米果也可以讓菜餚多些變化，湯中加上幾顆米果，味道就完全不一樣。

Leezen actively sought solutions for its organic rice, contacting various rice processing manufacturers. When the developers introduced their use of natural ingredients and the absence of chemical additives, along with their environmentally friendly approach, to Xinhao Company, Mr. Zhong, the company's owner, nodded repeatedly, expressing his willingness to participate in such a collaborative effort.

Based on the principle of low sugar, the developers suggested using natural and flavorful miso as the filling. Mr. Zhong found this a novel approach and was intrigued. He proactively suggested that since the goal was to create healthy products, the packaging should not be oil-sprayed, and no artificial colors, flavors, antioxidants, quality improvers, hydrogenated oils, or chemical seasonings should be added. He also proposed offering larger packaging options for consumers.

During the research and development process, the manufacturer experimented continuously, conducting approximately ten trials over two months. Finally, the ingredients became very simple, resulting in rice crackers with a subtle, pure rice aroma. The crisp, chewy texture of these rice crackers made them even more appealing. Besides being snacks, rice crackers can also add variety to dishes; adding a few to soup completely transforms the flavor.
